I lost my iphone and wanted to locate it with another iphone

I lost my iPhone yesterday and I am trying to find it with another iPhone on the same account, can you please help me

Sorry to hear about your iPhone

depending on the iOS version of the other device you can use the find my app or https://www.icloud.com/find

NOTE if your device is off or otherwise not connected to the internet you will not be able to find the phones present location

You can however place the device into lost mode to lock it up.

IMPORTANT: if you erase the device you remove it from the find my services and you will NOT be able to locate it
