Issues updating Apple Watch

I am trying to update my watch 6.2.6 I have done every update but don't know where to find last. Was told to get rid of apps for space for latest upgrade. I ave gotten rid of all I can except heart. Help

Apple Watch Update it is telling me that i need to update my watch but there is not enough space. I have deleted all my apps and it still says it does not have enough space. How can you provide these updates without the ability to have apps. This is making my watch not able to work. what do i do?

Thanks! I had to look up unpair and pair but like magic!!! Icons seem smaller. Do you think it got the upgrade as a new watch? I will have to buy my heart software again I guess. Probably can find it. Backup didn’t work or froze. Thanks fo your help and ideas
