Virus in app??

I have an issue with my apple account I believe. Switching from one app to another it will kick me back to home screen, or app just will simply not open without re boot of my phone by powering off. I thought this was a phone virus however I have switched phones with my son and upgraded to a brand new iPhone 11 and he has no issues with the phone I had and now my new iPhone is doing the same thing as before. Every app even includes my camera app that came with the phone..... help please

This does not sound at all like a 'virus'. Possible an app crashing or something.. Do all apps do this? or just specific ones?

Is your phone storage full? That can also create odd behavior.

Most apps are doing this, google chrome, camera, navigation apps, etc. I have gone to Apple store several times and they can’t seem to see anything wrong, they then direct me to Verizon and then Verizon directs me to apple. I’m about ready to go back to android

Did you check your iPhone storage like I suggested?

When the Apple store tells you to contact Verizon, do they tell you why they think it has something to do with the carrier?
