I have iCloud family sharing, and we have 146.4GB remaining. I am still getting the message that my phone doesn’t have enough storage. How do I fix it?

iCloud storage does not add storage to your phone. Your phone will never have more storage than it had when you bought it. iCloud storage is on Apple’s servers, and is used for backup and data syncing.
