LG 5K Ultrafine Monitor with iPad Pro

Connecting my iPad Pro to the LG 5K Ultrafine monitor (27MD5KL-B), I am able to duplicate my display correctly but I am not able to use the built-in camera on this monitor. My only camera options within Webex are the built-in ones on the iPad. Has anyone run into this?

can I use the camera on the Ultrafine 4k instead of the camera on my macbook pro? I have a 2020 macbookpro and just bought the LG ultrafine 4k monitor. Can I use the camera on the LG instead of the camera on my laptop for Zoom and FaceTime meetings?

iPad cannot utilize an external camera at this time.
