Applications on Macbook Pro 2020 takes time to launch when WiFi is on

I have a new Macbook Pro 2020 which I bought recently.

When I click on any application icon it takes long time to launch. The icons just jumps for sometimes and takes time till the application becomes active.

I did some testing and found that if I turn off the WiFi and launch an application, it starts without any delay. Once launched, the application works fine even if the WiFi is on.

Just to be sure, I tried on multiple WiFi connections and the issue exists with all connections. Also, I can stream youtube/other videos without pauses. So my connection is not that slow.

Any help is highly appreciated.

After installing the latest update 10.15.6, i haven't faced the issue.

I had another issue where inbuilt keyboard and trackpad lost connection after waking up from sleep. That too seems to be resolved after the update.

Don't use anti virus , unknown softwares on Mac .

https://support.apple.com/en-nz/guide/mac-help/mchlp1119/10.15/mac/10.15 I don't think changing dock preference make the apps launch faster.

I have already tried safe mode, still exist. Also, I am using commonly used apps like Chrome, Xcode only. I am not using any unknown softwares.
