I cant turn the wifi on in my MacBook Pro at all.
I saw a solution here, which is to inactive the wifi service, delete it and add it again. But the problem here that I cant find Wifi in the (+) list.
help me please.

Based on the information you provided, you may have a hardware issue with the Wi-Fi. Please restart the Mac and hold down the letter D key only on startup to run hardware diagnostics.

on some older models the D option will not run diagnostics directly but runs recovery mode as you can see.
