Unable to turn on my wifi (Macbook pro)

I cant turn the wifi on in my MacBook Pro at all.

I saw a solution here, which is to inactive the wifi service, delete it and add it again. But the problem here that I cant find Wifi in the (+) list.


help me please.

on some older models the D option will not run diagnostics directly but runs recovery mode as you can see.


Why are you using the wrong adapter?


Have you tried

  1. Click on Wifi symbol, Open Network Preferences, then Advanced
  2. click on the one causing problems and remove it with the minus sign.
  3. If it is your wifi router, find the hard reset button and hold it in for 10 seconds (usually) so the router resets.
  4. Try again to connect
