Battery health Decreasing very fast

I bought iphone 11 before 2 month

and i am using 18 Watt orignal apple charger to charge and i charged it twice a day. but my battery health is decreasing very fast now its only 94% So please tell me about this..!

94% is still good. Below 80% is where you should be concerned.
