Whatsapp Backup

Hello community! I deleted my Whatsapp app because it has some problems with my contacts, and when I upload it again and click "Skip" when they asked me if I want to back up my chats. So I had nothing in the app and I Back it up once I was in the app and I think by doing that I deleted all the videos on my previos backup...

I used to have all my pics and videos on icloud but now says I have like 1.1MB in whatsapp iCLOUD, is there a way to recover my previos data on whatsapp??
