Suspicious calls

I keep getting calls from 352-547-**12 with a recording they are from Apple and that my iCloud account has been breached. Next they say to press 3 and an Apple support advisor will come onto the line.

The person said he would give me his name so that I could verify it.......

Is this a scam call,or a legitimate call?
