In Game Purchase Scam

It’s been proven that Guns of Glory (specifically their marketing group Fun Plus) have scammed their customers. Customers have spent literally thousands of dollars in this game to improve their statistics and be the best in the game. After years of the same strategy, the game overhauled their strategy, effectively rendering those investments worthless. Paid accounts that were the strongest, are now easily beaten by players who have not spent $1.

It is fraudulent to knowingly sell an item that does not work for what it was intended for. If you purchase a new part that is supposed to make you stronger, and they release a change to the game that renders that power worthless, it’s a scam. This is selling a product that does not do what it’s advertised to do.

However, upon requesting refunds for purchases in the game through the last 90 days, these refunds are being denied. Proof of their fraudulent behavior can easily be found online with a quick google search. Google play has been authorizing 90 day refunds. But Apple has not. How do you get refunded for purchases in which you did not receive what you paid for.

Exactly Same happening with me. Because the game is constantly caught up in fraud, stealing equipment, cheating on prices, failing to win prizes, and unauthorized removal, misleading advertising, misrepresentation, lying, a lot of bugs, helpdesk has repeatedly lied, and hasn't been dealing with with issues lately in the game. The game is in breach of its contractual obligations and will not do what is permitted. In the light of the above, further cooperation is not sensible in the interests of both parties. Since I have not yet accepted any of the terms of the contract, I want all my money back. Never accepted the terms of the game or the terms of the purchase because the purchase was made without accepting the terms. As of today, new contract terms have appeared in Guns Of Glory and I can no longer enter the game without accepting - I have read these terms and cannot accept them. That means game took away my access to the game and the money.

By law, I am entitled to a full refund, but they are no longer responding to letters. Can Google help? I'm already very close to going to court. I have reported fraud to various law enforcement agencies and a few investigations have already been opened.
