Icloud Email address

People can't send me emails to my icloud account. Is it because I don't have enough storage space? It comes back to them with an error message. ?

Storage is one possibility. The following has information on how you can see how much storage you are using: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

If that isn't the cause, it may help someone provide more information if you posted the exact wording of the error message.
