Why can I not log into Facetime when I have confirmed my Apple ID is correct and that my password hasn't changed in 3 years so I am definitely using the correct password, which I have saved on a spreadsheet? So frustrating!

follow steps here If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support
