iPad Disabled

Without using iTunes, I will be unable to unlock my iPad's passcode? The Apple ID is the same on both devices, but I don't have access to iTunes, excluding my iPhone SE.

First of all, you cannot unlock your passcode once your iPad is disabled. You have to use your home computer to erase your ipad using iTunes, by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
