Money From My Account

hey , i have $30 taken out of my account & it just says “apple bills” but i dont have anything to pay for , apple wise that had costed me no where near close to 30$. so im not sure why this has been taking out my account and i havent purchased anything other then my 2.99 storage and that was 3 days ago. so i would like to know who to contact to get my money back. or where did that 30$ purchase come from?
