The best you can do is to purchased used or as refurbished units online
OR
You can get close to the 2017, 10.5 inch screen iPad Pro by purchasing a new or refurbished 2019, 10.5 inch screen iPad Air 3 from Apple, instead.
The iPad Air 3 has the the laminated, non-reflective screen with Tru-tone display feature.
The iPad Air 3 uses the same older, original 1st gen Apple Pencil
Has a much newer and more modern CPU with neural (“learning” ) engine.
Uses all the same 2017 iPad Pro accessories, like the smart keyboard cover.
The iPad Air 3 use 1.0 GBs lesser of internal RAM at 3.0 GBs ( instead of 4.0 GBs ) of internal RAM.
In addition, NO 4-speaker audio and NO 120 Hz “ProMotion” screen refresh rate on the 2019, iPad Air 3, either.
