iCloud Backup

it would not let me back up my new phone with my apple ID and password, it kept saying it was the correct login info. however, i used the same login info on the apple ID website and it worked

If you cannot backup -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
