One year Apple TV

I purchased my iPhone 11 max last year once it came out, and I just found out by a friend that I am elegible for one year Apple TV for free . Can you please advise

You may have misunderstood.

Q: When does my offer expire?

A: You have three months after first setting up your device to take advantage of your free year of Apple TV+.

If you purchased and used your device more than three months ago, then the offer is no longer available to you anymore.

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Unfortunately, there is only 3 months to claim the free trial.

I suppose you can always ask though.

Ok where can I go to start it ? I don’t see where it says free trial only the 7 day trial
