Unable to download apps because my account is disabled.

Hey Apple community. I am trying to download apps but I get an alert saying that "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How can I get that resolved?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13

Usually, the issue is related to your payment method and only Apple will be able to resolve it.


If it says your App Store / iTunes is disabled, you’ll have to contact Apple Store Support directly during their normal business hours; read this article:
