Keyboard
I am going to order a MacBook but I need the keyboard to be Arabic and English when I come to purchase it, it tells me to choose between English or Arabic keyboard I want both what can I do ?

Arabic (and all other non-latin) keyboards always also have English on them. Otherwise you could not type most email and web addresses.
