Your MacBook Pro is 64-bit.

What you’re seeing are messages related to macOS Catalina, and about 32-bit apps that will need to be upgraded to 64-bit apps, or replaced, when you upgrade to Catalina.

So long as you’re running High Sierra or Mojave, you can continue to use both 32-bit and 64-bit apps.

With Catalina and later, 32-bit support for apps was dropped, and you’ll need to check with the developers for updates or upgrades, or find alternatives.

For the folks still running older (and unsupported) Microsoft Office 2011 and earlier versions, those older versions are 32-bit apps, and will not work with Catalina.

Microsoft Office 2016, Office 2019, Office 365 subscription, or LibreOffice, or the Apple iWork apps, will be necessary, if you need to read and write Office documents.
