I don’t have my App Store where did it go?

Swipe down from the top of the screen and use the search function to see if you can locate the app.

If necessary

Hard reset.        

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
