Virus on IPhone

I would like to kindly ask, how will i delete/terminate a virus on my IPhone?

A friend sent me a link, then i clicked it. I was directed to safari then a messaged appeared on my browser that I have 36 viruses on my IPhone that need to be deleted. Also the message indicated that I have only 4 minutes to delete the viruses or else my IPhone will be corrupted.

What will I do?
