how can i keep the data or back iphone when screen is black ?

it’s just a black screen, at first iphone was responsive with the black screen, like receiving calls but of course you cannot use the screen, afterwards we tried many hard rests without any result.

Am sure it was backed up before, am just not sure when. Is there a way to find out when?

Chances that it was backed to icloud is very low, to the computer definitely, but can't do anything with now if i connect to itunes expect to restore to factory settings.

Most probably am buying a new iphone, but don’t want to lose all data on the old iphone!

Tried logging to icloud web but it doesn’t seem helpful.

by the way we are sharing icloud by adding her as a family member, had to buy extra storage, does this help by any way?

Your understanding is correct, it’s my bad i didn’t say that am away from the broken device and cant access it now.

My thought was that through my iphone i can see that her device is using my icloud as a family member, can’t see her backups, i see only mines.

If she signs to icloud on the ipad, can she see her backups if any to the icloud?

just used her login in my ipad, found her backup ti icloud 2 days ago.

once i get the new phone will just backup from icloud.

Thanks, i found on my iphone my back ups for my iphone /ipad on the cloud, nothing for her though.

i will see the back up on the computer.

She is using the icloud storage as a family member, i hope this would help me get the data back.

am only using my iphone now to check the icloud storage, from that i can see her name under the family

sharing to icloud storage and how much space she is using, no other info is accessible.
