Macbook pro repair status

Its been almost three weeks since I asked for the repair, and I just checked this message below. Does that mean the repair is over? Or still on progress?

Reapair It has been over 1 month and I still have no information about my MacBook pro repair! NO ONE has ever contacted me about this repair. I called Apple many times and no updates.
