I just download the iOS 12.4.7 and it can't be installed

It keeps saying an error occurred after trying to install the iOS 12.4.7

Please check to see that your iPhone is charged more than 50% and that your iPhone is connected to a solid WiFi Network. Make sure that Low Power Mode is NOT enabled. Make sure that VPN (if you use one) is disabled. Then try again.
