I can't upgrade macOS Mojave from high Sierra, what can I do ?

I have tried different things and I can't get to download it. I need to download final cut pro and the apps needs macOS 10.14.6 and I have high Sierra 10.13.6

If your Mac is from 2012 or newer, open this in Safari. If not, you can't install Mojave or newer.
