Music/sound being weird

On my MacBook Pro 16in, the music/sound keeps playing/pausing and keeps cutting out frames of the music. Doing this across apps, music, YouTube, everything! Have no idea what could be causing it.

Audio keeps cutting out On all the apps and websites I use the audio just keeps randomly cutting out and won't come back for at least a minute every time. I have already changed the sound preferences to see if that did anything and restarted my mac.

Final Cut Pro gets stuck on loading audio components. Wont Open! Since updating my macbook last night, I can't open Final Cut Pro. The application gets stuck loading audio components and never opens.

No video or audio files play. No video or audio files are playing on my macbook. Spotify songs won't play and youtube videos won't play. I know this is not a network or browser issue because I tried it on data and no video or audio files that are saved to my disk load either, which is weird, because everything else on my computer loads normally.

Ok, turns out its my external USB C hub. That is really weird.
