AirPods Pro to Mac keeps failing even after attempting resets

I have tried removing my AirPods Pro from Mac, resetting them and reconnecting, but the AirPods just won't stay connected to my MacBook Pro for more than 5seconds. They connect to my iPhone alright though. What do I do?

AirPods Pro 2 can connect to iPhone but not Macbook To start, every device is running the latest software as of 7.September 2023. I connected my AirPods to my iPhone and it works flawlessly. When I try to connect the AirPods to my Macbook, it manages to connect when I manually , but when I try to change sound output is just shows the loading icon. After about 4-5 seconds, it stops loading and the AirPods disconnect itself. What's really strange, is that if I choose "forget device" on the AirPods, and first connect them to my Macbook. AirPods not connecting to MacBook Air My AirPods have been having some trouble connecting to my Macbook Air lately. They say connected, but no sound comes out and soon after disconnect. They work fine with my iPhone, though. Anyone know how to fix this?

my AirPods never connect to my MacBook Pro They work just fine with my iPhone, but refuse to connect to the MacBook pro. I have reset the AirPods several times and re-added back to the MacBook pro. The AirPods appear in the list of devices but will never connect. I also reset the bluetooth config by deleting the plist file then I had to re-add my devices. Everything else connects fine to the bluetooth, but these AirPods refuse to connect. It is frustrating because I have to attend video meetings on my computer and want to use my AirPods.
