iPhone will not pair to iPad (2019). Message is iPad is not supported. How do I pair iPhone and iPad?

That is correct, as there is no supported Bluetooth protocol to do so.

What are you attempting to accomplish, as there will likely be other methods.

I can’t pair my new iPad 2 with my iPhone.

when I try my iPad says it is unsupported.

i had no problems with my old iPad and the same phone
