Nope wasn't 2 different charges, spent 1hour and 18 minutes listening to horrible static music. Unbelievable for the company who owes iTunes. Finally spoke to an Apple Advisor It seems my account was using 2 different payment methods.

I was refunded and removed 1 of the CC. So everyone check double charges!

I was merely advising to verify as most times it is in fact separate charges, yours happened to be a unique situation. Some days are busier than others, and I’m sure if you had looked at your account you would have been able to find that information yourself. Nevertheless, I’m glad it’s all sorted.
