I am selling my apple watch to someone. I sold my iPhone almost a year ago and did not purchase a new one. I do not own a iPhone and cannot remove my watch from my account without one? Why isn't there a way to un-sync the watch without a **** iPhone? Do I need to take this thing to a store or can I un-sync it with my Mac or iCloud account (which cannot find device because I'm no longer logged into a iPhone)?

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
