Disabled

I have a new iPad 7th generation. It’s disabled and says connect to iTunes. I’m not tech savvy. Can someone give easy to follow directions as to what to do. Thanks!

Try these steps: If you’ve forgotten the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled


If you have a Windows computer, you will need to install iTunes: iTunes - Apple. If you are running Windows 7 or 8, click Windows under Looking for other versions?
