AirPods connection

Can not connect my AirPods, followed all instructions with no success, they are fully charge and when I open case there’s only a green light flashing, please advise what I can do, thank u

I’ve followed the steps to reset them but now currently they’re fully charged and when I open the lid they flash a green light, I hold the button on back of case and it just stays white and after 10sec flashes white once then if I continue to hold it for 15 secs it flashes green then back to white with nothing connecting to my iPhone.

New AirPods won’t connect I just got new AirPods Pro and they won’t pair to my iPhone, the case keeps blinking white and the case is fully charged, anyone have any ideas to solve my problem, thank you.
