Apple TV+ 1 year free subscription

I purchased a MacBook Air from Apple (Feb 2020) and haven't activated my Apple TV+ complimentary subscription, but now I am only given the option for the one week free subscription. How do I get my complimentary Apple TV+ subscription for 1 year?
