Hi, I turned my iPhone X off in an attempt to fix the Wifi not connecting. I then couldn't turn it back on. I have plugged it into the computer for a restore but it just says 'Preparing the iPhone for a restore...' but nothing happens. I have tried all of the reset methods - help please!
