Airpods pro connectivity

Airpods pro always disconnect.

Mainly the left one, sometime the right one. Have tried all suggestion on apple support site but does not help.

I bought them a week ago and problem after a couple of days. They may need to be replaced... Did someone know how to fix this issue ?

My airpods series 2 always disconnects. I tried the steps provided on how to re connect it when this happens. Unfortunately, just after that it starts disconnecting again. Any advice?
