iPad Air screen freezes

Hi! My iPad Air IOS 13.5.1 screen freezes. If I wait a few seconds it will start to work again but may freeze up a few minutes later. I have a Logitech keyboard but even if I remove it and use the IPad screen it still happens. Any tips on fixing this. Thanks.

iPad Pro 11 screen keeps freezing In the past few days my screen keeps freezing while streaming news. I’m able to unfreeze by closing the app and relaunching the app. I have done multiple hard shutdown and restart of the iPad but the problem persists. Freezing and Lagging of IPad Air after attached Combo Touch Keyboard Does anyone experience the freezing and lagging of iPad when combo touch keyboard is attached? I am using iPad Air 4th generation. I tried reinstalling the firmware iOS and the update the keyboard firmware. It is still the same. When I was using iOS 14.6, I do not have this problem. I got this problem after I update my iOS. Does anyone have a solution for this? Please help.
