For some reason I’m not able to update apps, it keeps telling me the developer removed it from the App Store I tried deleting the app but when I tried searching for it, it no longer exist in the App Store. What is going on ?

As it says on the screen it's been deleted by the developer for some reason.
If the developer has deleted it, it means it can't be updated, downloaded or used.
Sorry, you can all ways ask the developer why, but Apple has no control over it, as it's up to the developer what they do with their apps

The problem is, it’s happening to all the apps: YouTube, instagram... I’m not able to update anything like all the apps keep telling me that they don’t exist
Are you running iOS 14 beta?
I have never heard of the issue effecting all apps, I would maybe contact apple support for help
