New Apple TV app in iMac is not playing purchased movies and tv shows

New Apple TV app in iMac is not playing purchased movies and tv shows. I've tried all the Restart you app, Restart your Mac, Sign in and out, Open in Safe mode but nothing works. Its been more than 2 months that I've not viewed my purchased movies and tv shows. Do you know any solutions for this?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15
