i am having touble connecting my watch to this apple ID
my watch set up is wanting to use my old apple ID and wont let me switch it to my current one. How do I get it to change to the current one?

Try going into the settings on your iPhone and un-pairing the watch. Also when you try to re-pair the watch again, make sure all the services on your iPhone are signed into your NEW iCloud account and not the old one, hope this helps :)
