Problem related to activation lock

i have second hand iphone n its locked with the owner apple id it need apple id of the owner for the activation lock to unlock my iphone n m not in touch with the owner so wat i do now i have used dis iphone earlier with my apple id can it ill b useful ..i don’t know wat to do can u plzz help me in dis
