I bought the new iPhone 11 and its supposed to come with 1year free trial of apple tv and i haven't subscribed yet so today i was going to go redeem my free trial so i opened the app and it says i can only get a 7day free trial but the last time i opened the app it said i can get 1 year free. I would like to be able to get that year free if someone could help me please.

Have 3 months elapsed since you bought your iPhone 11? If YES then that is the reason the app is not allowing you to redeem the 1 Year Free Offer.

Yes it has been so there is no other way to get it back.
You can try calling 1-800-MY-APPLE and see if they can do something.
