iPhone 11 screen has gone gray and white no color how do I get my color block
I have an iPhone 11. My screen has gone gray and white or black and white which ever you want to say how do I get my color back up

My iphone XR is doing the same exact thing! The colors are smeared also. I didn't drop it or touch it, just picked it up and it was grey and white. Im not sure if it's a display or an LED problem.
