I think the problem is because I am connected through cellular, this is very helpful thanks Alex.
You are welcome. Looks like you were/are connected through a cellular hotspot. Get on WiFi and you will be fine.

I have been trying to update my iPhone X for the past one week but is like it’s not working , it only shows estimating remaining time. What can I do please ?
