There is no devices tab on my iPhone when I go to find my?

There is no "devices" tab on my iPhone XS when I go to "find My"? Why not?

I'm looking for a lost Airpod Max and I also have a watch

iPhone XS, iOS 13

I just checked mine, my Apple Watch is next to my iPhone, but it says last seen yesterday, so I have no idea how it works.

Yes the watch is the same apple id, and connected to the iPhone. SO are the airpods pro. There is no "device" tab or button. Quite frustrating. I lost my right airpod and I'm deaf in my left ear, but I can't get the left ear airpod to work in my right ear.
