synchronizing Safari (Open tabs) between iphones

It’s not working anymore, nor between my iPhones and my MacBookAir. I am logged in on each with my AppleID. What should I check/do?

On your iPhone, go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud and make sure that Safari is Toggled on. On your Mac, go to System Preferences>Apple ID>iCloud and verify that Safari is checked. If your computer is running macOS Mojave or earlier, then enabling iCloud is slightly different. In this case, go to System Preferences>iCloud and verify that Safari is checked.
