Sync iPod with iTunes on my iMac.

When I go into finder, I click on iPod. At the top of the page is says my ipod however that is it. Nothing else appears. Just a turnstile turning with "loading" under it.

I've tried everything exactly according to the directions. Since Apple Music took over, I've not been able to sync any of my other devices.
