Ipad Air 3 bluetooth problem

Hi.

I've just bought an air 3 and the Bluetooth isn't pairing properly with any of my other devices. It connects then disconnects a few seconds later.

I've tried all the troubleshooting like switching off/on, unpairing/pairing. I've even rebooted to factory settings as a last resort.

Any ideas please?
