High temperature

I have my phone since August 2019 and for the past 2 weeks it keeps giving a high temperature message and it happend twice in one day that was so cold in here . What should i do now? It is iphone 11 pro max

If the iPhone is not in a hot environment such as in direct sun, or left in a closed car in the sun, then contact the folks that work for Apple using the Contact Support link in the upper right.


If the iPhone has been in a hot environment, it’ll need to cool down.


It is possible for heat to damage the iPhone, too. I had one develop a swelled the battery because of that.
